Crisis Management

We seek to identify warning signs and take preventative measures to enhance the understanding of potential risks: probing and prevention, active search, and reduction of risk factors, loss, or criminal activities. Damage containment, a crisis occurs, and actions are taken to limit its spread. Recovery effort to return to normal operations and review to learn from it. 

 

Crisis management can be divided into three phases:

1. Pre-crisis – Prevention and preparation

2. Crisis response – When management must respond to a crisis

3. Post-crisis – Organization is returning to business as usual
